yes we deliver to the uk , europe and ireland.

Can I change my order once I've submitted it?
we'll be happy to change your order, provided we've not started making your blinds.
unfortunately, we can’t change your order once we’ve started making them, so if you do want to make a change email us immediately on sales@acmeblinds.com

Can I change my mind about which side the control and bunch are on my headrail?
if you order vertical blinds it doesn’t matter if you change your mind –they have a reversible headrail so you can change the control side when you get your blind.
however, you can’t change the side on other blinds, so make sure you tell us which side you want the control and bunch to go on when you place your order.

I bought two wooden Venetian blinds and they look different to each other. Why is this?
as wood is a natural product, each wooden venetian blind looks different. the grain may vary between each slat and there may be other features like pin knots, tiger striping, burl figures and mineral deposit.
because these make some slats darker or lighter than others, we sort each of our slat shades into 3 colour categories and always make sure a blind is made using slats from the same category.
samples only give you an idea of what your wooden venetian blind will look like. your finished blind will always have its own variations, which makes it unique.
if you don't like these natural characteristics, we recommend a wood effect venetian blind

My blind looks a different colour to the sample on screen. Why?
we try to make sure the colour of the blind shown on our website is the exact colour of the blind you get, but there might be some variation.
that’s why it’s always best to order a free sample

What if I'm out when my delivery comes?
if no one is at home, our couriers will leave a card and try to deliver again twice.
you can also add instructions to your order for what to do if you’re not in.
